# License

### Understanding Theme Licensing

To use this theme, you must have a valid license. The license is provided after the theme purchase.

### Key Points

* Each store you operate requires its **own license**.
* A theme license is valid for **one store only**. Each subdomain counts as a separate store.

### Invalid Licenses

Themes obtained from third-party marketplaces (such as Fiverr, eBay, Etsy, Creative Market, Template Monster, or agencies) are **not valid** and not supported. Using an unlicensed theme may result in loss of support and potential DMCA enforcement by Shopify.

### Benefits of a Valid License

### License Transfer

A theme can only be transferred to another store if the original store has been **permanently closed**. For license transfer requests, please contact us.
