# 404

The 404 page appears when a link is broken or a page doesn’t exist. It helps visitors get back on track with helpful links and a search box.

### How to set it up

1. Go to **Online Store** > **Themes** > **Customize**.
2. Open **Templates** > **404**.
3. Configure the sections and blocks.
4. Preview live, then click **Save**.

* If you use Predictive search in Theme settings, it will enhance the search on this page.
