# Currency format

Control how prices display on your storefront. This helps customers understand which currency they are seeing, especially if you sell internationally.

#### How to set it up

* Go to **Online Store** > **Themes** > **Customize**.
* Open **Theme settings** > **Currency format**.
* Make your changes, preview live, then click **Save**.

### Settings

* **Currency codes**: Shows the 3-letter currency code (USD, EUR, GBP) next to prices on your storefront. Useful for international shoppers or when multiple currencies are in use.

### **Tips**

* If you sell to multiple countries or use Shopify Markets, turn this on for clarity.
* Cart and checkout always show currency codes, even if you turn this off for the storefront.
