# Icons

Icons control the style and size of symbols in your header and menus. Clear, consistent icons help customers recognize actions faster and keep your design tidy.

#### How to set it up

* Go to **Online Store** > **Themes** > **Customize**.
* Open **Theme settings** > **Icons**.
* Make your changes, preview live, then click **Save**.

### Settings

* **Icons style**: Switch between Rounded or Sharp icon shapes. Choose the style that best matches your brand.
* **Icons size**: Sets how large icons appear in the menu. Larger is more visible; smaller is more subtle.
* **Thickness**: Controls the icons stroke width.

#### Menu buttons

* **Cart button**: Choose how the cart appears on desktop. Pick what’s most recognizable for your audience.
* **Cart button (mobile)**: Choose the cart icon on mobile. Keep it simple for small screens.
* **Account button**: Show an Icon or Text for the account link. Icons save space; text is clearer.
* **Search button**: Show an Icon or Text for search. Use text if your audience might miss the icon.
* **Language button**: Show an Icon or Text for language selection. Choose what’s clearest for multilingual visitors.

### Actions

* **Action icons style**: Choose the directional button style. This applies to different buttons like slider, slideshow, announcement bar and other section buttons.

### **Tips**

* Keep icon style consistent across the site for a polished look.
* If your header is crowded, prefer icons over text to save space.
* Test on mobile to ensure icons are clear and tappable.
